Presented by the Appeal Democrat. Usually held the last Sunday of January. The Annual Bridal Splendor will be held in the Main Exhibit Hall at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds from Noon to 5 p.m.. The largest and finest bridal show held in Yuba, Sutter and Colusa Counties is sure to impress. Join us for numerous exhibitor who will be on hand to make your wedding day the perfect experience for you and your family. The show will include fashion shows, live music just right for your ceremony, and lots of prizes and contests to enter. Admission: $5 adults / Children 12 and under free with a paying adult.

The longest-running parade in California. Featuring a 150-foot Chinese Dragon. More than 20,000 people from around the world visit and participate in this parade. Celebrates the beginning of spring and the Chinese New Year. It also acknowledges the Chinese Water God (Bok Eye).

This community-wide, family friendly event, the Run Drugs Out of Town 5K Run/Walk is for all ages and increases awareness of tobacco, alcohol and drug issues in the tri-county area. Prizes, entertainment, a BBQ and more! Registration at 8 AM, run starts 9 AM. A smoke- drug- and alcohol-free event.

Usually held on the third or fourth Saturday of April from 9am-3pm. All day entertainment venue, food concessions, health agencies, craft vendors, live music, Kuk Sool Won demonstrations, dance and informational booths, fairgoers are guaranteed to have a great time! Also featured are a rock wall, laser tag, obstacle course, bounce house, 4H, and Beale AFB vehicles and equipment. Also featured are demonstrations by the Beale AFB 9th Security Forces working dogs. This is one event you surely don’t want to miss!

A main attraction since 1933 produced by legendary Cotton Rosser. Featuring some of the nation's top rodeo cowboys and including such events as bareback, saddle bronc and bull riding, steer wrestling, team and calf roping and the women's barrel racing. The Kid's Mutton Bustin' event is a big crowd pleaser with local kids between ages 4 - 7 try and ride a wild and woolly sheep. Usually held on Memorial Day Weekend. Tickets $10 - $12, discounted if purchased at Cotton Rosser's Cowboy Corral in Marysville. $4 parking.

9 am - 4 pm. The day begins with the flag raising ceremony and a parade at noon. Old Time pickin' & fiddlin', outlaws, gun fights and skullduggery! Operating gold stamp mill, working blacksmith, wool spinning mill and old-fashioned newspaper printing press. Explore the millinery shop, the barber shop, the Sheriff's Office, Wells Fargo Office, ring the one-room schoolhouse bell or enjoy the quiet inside the chapel. Marshals and gunslingers will shoot it out in the streets after a robbery of the Wells Fargo Office. Flea market,food and homemade baked goods, popcorn, ice cold watermelon, vintage jewelry sale and town Sheriff election. Free admission!

This three-day event celebrates the teachings of Sikh scripture with fireworks, an open house with guided tour, speakers and parade. Over 200,000 free meals are prepared and served over the weekend and an estimated 40,000 participants attend this event that takes place the first weekend of every November.
