Bishops Pumpkin Farm

The biggest U-Pick Pumpkin Farm in the country is open for the season in the Yuba-Sutter area! This year marks the 50th anniversary of Bishop’s Pumpkin Farm, the ultimate fall haven for families and autumn enthusiasts from all over. Bishop’s has grown since Bill and Sandy Bishop planted their first pumpkins and welcomed local schools in 1973 to an ultimate autumnal destination for families.

A visit to Bishop’s is not just about picking pumpkins but an immersive experience for the whole family. Start your day with a homemade muffin before visiting the petting zoo and taking a ride on the farm train. Then make your way through the sprawling pumpkin patch on a hayride to find the perfect pumpkin for carving or decorating your home. That's just the beginning of the fun too! Get lost in the corn maze, soar over the farm on the zipline, or spin on the vintage carousel. Fuel up on golden corn dogs, garlic fries, and warm cookies from the bakery. Cap it all off with an apple cider slushie from the cider mill. With delicious eats, activities galore, and of course, that U-Pick pumpkin experience, Bishop's Farm infuses your visit with autumnal joy, making for a seasonal family tradition and memories to last until your next visit.

Parking is free Monday-Thursday, even on Halloween! On Fridays, parking is $10, and there are fireworks, while on weekends through October, parking is $20 with nightly family-friendly movies like Hocus Pocus and The Goonies.

What are you waiting for? Make your plans to visit Bishop's Pumpkin Farm today, and get ready to make this your new annual fall tradition!
